EXPERIENCE

There are 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, 2 of them with
access to the private balcony, all equipped with 180×200 boxspring beds (can be individually separated), each room provides a spacious shower area and private toilet.
The master bed-and bathroom on the ground floor (50m2) has on top of this a free-standing design bath tub and direct access to the pool.

2 living rooms of 60m2 and 36m2, a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The house is fully air-conditioned, has a heating system and high speed internet.
Baby bed is available.

Villa d’Arte means living outside.
There is a beautiful oval-shape swimming pool (9x5m) and there are 3 big terraces to choose from, the region is blessed with more than 300 days of sunshine per year!

We welcome families up to 8 persons, friends, couples, golfers and people who simply want to relax and enjoy life !

There is a complimentary “welcome package’ with wine, water, coffee and a digital guest-guide including the “best addresses” in the area, are completing the overall experience.
